Send HTML Mailers in Space Manager

These are very simple to create within the program using the in built mail merge system but in practice, the compatibility between Microsoft Word and the various e-mail programs causes problems with formatting.
These incompatibilities can be overcome by simply creating the document as a web page.
Once the document is created go to SETTINGS - DOCUMENT TEMPLATES and click Add to create a new document. Choose the option for No Template and click Create New Document Using Selected Template.
Open the HTML document in Word outside Space Manager then select the whole document and paste it into the mail merge version of Word open within Space Manager.
Any merge fields required can be added by going to File -Insert Fields and dragging and dropping the appropriate items onto the Word document.
When complete close the document and choose to save it. Give it an appropriate name and it will now be ready for e-mailing through the mail merge.
