Dutch Clieop03 DD file would not upload to Bank

A client reported that whilst they had been uploading the Clieop03 Direct Debit file to the bank without problems, this month the file was being rejected.
The second issue was that the error message did not make sense in that it was complaining about line one of the file, whilst including line 2 in the error message.
After the client sent both the interface file and the error message to the Bank's support service, they reported that the issue was that the file was being uploaded using Google Chrome and that it must be done with MS Explorer.
After the client changed to Explorer, the file uploaded correctly
